GTA made developments and projects in the fields of thermaloil heaters, high pressure steam boilers, hot water boilers , container heating systems like Thermocontainers , wood and waste firing systems with Co- generation. 1997 Mr. Sven Kneifel becomes in addition managing director of GEKA energy systems GmbH Karlsruhe. 1999 The fast growth of Geka energy systems GmbH made it necessary to have a strong partner. The company Siempelkamp in Krefeld bought 75% of the stocks of Geka energy systems GmbH. 2000 Geka Energie und Umweltechnik GmbH & Co. KG buys Konus, the new company was GekaKonus GmbH & Co. KG, Mr. Sven Kneifel was technical director until end of 2001.
